Particulars of certificate by director and/ or secretary after having made due inquiries certify
(a) there is no change in the particulars referred to under Section 68(3) of the Companies Act 2016 since the last preceding annual return; and
(b) that the provisions of the Unclaimed Moneys Act 1965, relating to the unclaimed moneys have been complied with in relation to the company.
