Particulars of certificate by director and/ or agent after having made due inquiries certify
(a) that the provisions of the Unclaimed Moneys Act 1965, relating to the unclaimed moneys have been complied with in relation to the company;
(b) that none of the shareholders or members of the company is holding shares as a nominee; and
(c) that none of the shareholders or members of the company is holding shares as a trustee.
