| This member stands for related parties. Related parties are persons or entities that are related to the entity that is preparing its financial statements (the reporting entity). (a) A person or a close member of that person’s family is related to a reporting entity if that person: (i) has control or joint control over the reporting entity; (ii) has significant influence over the reporting entity; or (iii) is a member of the key management personnel of the reporting entity or of a parent of the reporting entity. (b) An entity is related to a reporting entity if any of the following conditions applies: (i) The entity and the reporting entity are members of the same group (which means that each parent, subsidiary and fellow subsidiary is related to the others). (ii) One entity is an associate or joint venture of the other entity (or an associate or joint venture of a member of a group of which the other entity is a member). (iii) Both entities are joint ventures of the same third party. (iv) One entity is a joint venture of a third entity and the other entity is an associate of the third entity. (v) The entity is a post-employment benefit plan for the benefit of employees of either the reporting entity or an entity related to the reporting entity. If the reporting entity is itself such a plan, the sponsoring employers are also related to the reporting entity. (vi) The entity is controlled or jointly controlled by a person identified in (a). (vii) A person identified in (a)(i) has significant influence over the entity or is a member of the key management personnel of the entity (or of a parent of the entity). (viii) The entity, or any member of a group of which it is a part, provides key management personnel services to the reporting entity or to the parent of the reporting entity. Ως συνδεδεμένα μέρη νοούνται πρόσωπα ή οντότητες που συνδέονται με την οντότητα η οποία καταρτίζει τις οικονομικές καταστάσεις της (την αναφέρουσα οντότητα). α) Ένα πρόσωπο ή μέλος του στενού οικογενειακού περιβάλλοντος του προσώπου αυτού συνδέεται με αναφέρουσα οντότητα εάν το εν λόγω πρόσωπο: i) έχει τον έλεγχο ή τον από κοινού έλεγχο στην αναφέρουσα οντότητα· ii) έχει σημαντική επιρροή στην αναφέρουσα οντότητα· ή iii) κατέχει καίρια διοικητική θέση στην αναφέρουσα οντότητα ή σε μητρική της αναφέρουσας οντότητας. β) Η οντότητα συνδέεται με αναφέρουσα οντότητα εφόσον συντρέχει οιαδήποτε των κατωτέρω προϋποθέσεων: i) Η οντότητα και η αναφέρουσα οντότητα ανήκουν στον ίδιο όμιλο (που σημαίνει ότι οι μητρικές, θυγατρικές και αδελφές θυγατρικές συνδέονται μεταξύ τους). ii) Μια οντότητα είναι συγγενής ή κοινή επιχείρηση της άλλης οντότητας (ή συγγενής ή κοινή επιχείρηση μέλους ενός ομίλου στον οποίον ανήκει ή άλλη οντότητα). iii) Αμφότερες οι οντότητες είναι κοινές επιχειρήσεις του ιδίου τρίτου μέρους. iv) Μια οντότητα είναι κοινή επιχείρηση τρίτης οντότητας και η άλλη οντότητα είναι συγγενής με την τρίτη οντότητα. v) Η οντότητα είναι πρόγραμμα παροχών μετά την έξοδο από την υπηρεσία προς όφελος των εργαζομένων είτε της αναφέρουσας οντότητας είτε οντότητας που συνδέεται με την αναφέρουσα οντότητα. Εάν η αναφέρουσα οντότητα είναι η ίδια τέτοιου είδους πρόγραμμα, οι χρηματοδότες εργοδότες συνδέονται και αυτοί με την αναφέρουσα οντότητα. vi) Η οντότητα ελέγχεται ή ελέγχεται από κοινού από πρόσωπο σύμφωνα με το σημείο α). vii) Ένα πρόσωπο σύμφωνα με το σημείο α) στοιχείο i) έχει σημαντική επιρροή στην οντότητα ή κατέχει καίρια διοικητική θέση στην οντότητα (ή σε μητρική της οντότητας). viii) Η οντότητα, ή οιοδήποτε μέλος ομίλου του οποίου αποτελεί μέρος, παρέχει υπηρεσίες βασικών διοικητικών στελεχών στην αναφέρουσα οντότητα ή στη μητρική της αναφέρουσας οντότητας.
