| Neatvasinātu finanšu aktīvu summa ar fiksētu vai nosakāmu maksājumu grafiku, kuri aktīvajā tirgū netiek kotēti, izņemot: a) tos, kurus uzņēmums nekavējoties vai tuvākajā nākotnē paredzējis pārdot, kuri ietverti to aktīvu kategorijā, kas paredzēti tirdzniecībai, kā arī tos, kuri uzņēmumā sākotnēji pēc to patiesās vērtības tiek atzīti peļņā vai zaudējumos; b) ieguldījumus, kurus uzņēmums uzskaita kā pārdošanai paredzētos ieguldījumus; vai c) tos, kuru sākotnējo ieguldījumu būtiskāko daļu īpašniekam nav iespējams atgūt dažādu iemeslu dēļ, izņemot, ja notikusi kredīta stāvokļa pasliktināšanās, kuri jāklasificē kā pārdošanai paredzētie ieguldījumi.
