| This member stands for related parties. Related parties are persons or entities that are related to the entity that is preparing its financial statements (the reporting entity). (a) A person or a close member of that person’s family is related to a reporting entity if that person: (i) has control or joint control over the reporting entity; (ii) has significant influence over the reporting entity; or (iii) is a member of the key management personnel of the reporting entity or of a parent of the reporting entity. (b) An entity is related to a reporting entity if any of the following conditions applies: (i) The entity and the reporting entity are members of the same group (which means that each parent, subsidiary and fellow subsidiary is related to the others). (ii) One entity is an associate or joint venture of the other entity (or an associate or joint venture of a member of a group of which the other entity is a member). (iii) Both entities are joint ventures of the same third party. (iv) One entity is a joint venture of a third entity and the other entity is an associate of the third entity. (v) The entity is a post-employment benefit plan for the benefit of employees of either the reporting entity or an entity related to the reporting entity. If the reporting entity is itself such a plan, the sponsoring employers are also related to the reporting entity. (vi) The entity is controlled or jointly controlled by a person identified in (a). (vii) A person identified in (a)(i) has significant influence over the entity or is a member of the key management personnel of the entity (or of a parent of the entity). (viii) The entity, or any member of a group of which it is a part, provides key management personnel services to the reporting entity or to the parent of the reporting entity. Le parti correlate sono persone o entità che sono correlate all'entità che redige il bilancio. a) Una persona o uno stretto familiare di quella persona sono correlati a un'entità che redige il bilancio se tale persona: i) ha il controllo o il controllo congiunto sull'entità che redige il bilancio; ii) ha un'influenza notevole sull'entità che redige il bilancio; o iii) è uno dei dirigenti con responsabilità strategiche dell'entità che redige il bilancio o di una sua controllante. b) Un'entità è correlata a un'entità che redige il bilancio se si applica una qualsiasi delle seguenti condizioni: i) l'entità e l'entità che redige il bilancio fanno parte dello stesso gruppo (il che significa che ciascuna controllante, controllata e società del gruppo è correlata alle altre); ii) un'entità è una collegata o una joint venture dell'altra entità (o una collegata o una joint venture facente parte di un gruppo di cui fa parte l'altra entità); iii) entrambe le entità sono joint venture di una stessa terza controparte; iv) un'entità è una joint venture di una terza entità e l'altra entità è una collegata della terza entità; v) l'entità è rappresentata da un piano per benefici successivi alla fine del rapporto di lavoro a favore dei dipendenti dell'entità che redige il bilancio o di un'entità ad essa correlata. Se l'entità che redige il bilancio è essa stessa un piano di questo tipo, anche i datori di lavoro che la sponsorizzano sono correlati all'entità che redige il bilancio; vi) l'entità è controllata o controllata congiuntamente da una persona identificata al punto (a); vii) una persona identificata al punto (a)(i) ha un'influenza significativa sull'entità o è uno dei dirigenti con responsabilità strategiche dell'entità (o di una sua controllante); viii) l'entità, o un qualsiasi membro di un gruppo a cui essa appartiene, presta servizi di direzione con responsabilità strategiche all'entità che redige il bilancio o alla controllante dell'entità che redige il bilancio.
